Dining Mat Packaging
Client: Kids House, UK
It was clear to the company Kids House from the United Kingdom that a tube shaped cardboard packaging was an ideal solution for the dining mat they offer on the market place. The desired outcome was a packaging that children could play with or use for storing other items, like drawings.
The dining mat is available on Etsy, as well as on Amazon. In addition to making the graphic design for the packaging, I helped with creating files for the dining mats for printing, as well as with the development of the color scheme.
The packagings have the required information organized on one side. The other side is purposefully kept blank, so that children can use it as a canvas for drawings.
The large smiley is a playful element that turns the packaging into a toy. The top of the packaging shows which color dining mat is placed inside.
