Shopping Trolley
Client: TROLLEE, Hong Kong
The TROLLEE shopping trolley came to life because my clients were frustrated by using existing shopping trolleys. Existing products lacked the stability, maneuverability, versatility, and lightness that they were looking for. They decided to develop a product with me that solves these issues.
The product won Silver at the International Design Awards in the category Design for Society / Design for Sustainability.
The product can be folded into a very flat package that can be carried with ease.
There is cooling material inside the bag to keep groceries fresh on the go.
The trolley can be unfolded by the push of one button. It has 4 wheels that moves smoothly in all directions.
The bag uses recycled materials. The product itself promotes long-term use of products by eliminating the need for disposable shopping bags.
