Skateboard Truck
Client: Anonymous Entrepreneur, Sweden
Light weight skateboard truck concept design that explores the possibilities of a solid carbon fibre composite with comparable material properties to aluminium.
The concept was elaborated to be able to attach to industry standard bearings, bushings, nuts and bolts.
The parts were optimized by using finite element analysis to calculate stresses.
The final concept combines traditional shapes with more organic elements.
